CHEESY CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI

INGREDIENTS

1 (10 oz) pkg frozen cauliflower (thawed) 1 (10 oz) pkg frozen broccoli (thawed) 1 can Cheddar cheese soup 4 slices bacon salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (if desired)



HOW TO MAKE

Fry the bacon until it is nice and crisp. Drain well on paper towels then crumble.

Place the broccoli and cauliflower into a crock pot. Top with soup and sprinkle with the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Cover and cook on a low heat for 4 to 5 hours. About 20 minutes before it is done, top with the cheddar cheese if you chose to use it.

(Serves 6 to 8)
