HONEY SPICED CAJUN CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS

Paul Prudhomynes seafood magic 10 oz. pounded chicken breast Cooked linguini 3 sliced mushrooms 1 diced tomato 2 tbsp. mustard 4 tbsp. honey 3 oz. cream



HOW TO MAKE

Pat the chicken in the seasonings and then fry it in a very hot frying pan.

Sear the chicken on both sides until it is done.

Remove the chicken from the pan, slice it, and then return it to the pan, along with a little oil, the diced tomato and mushrooms.

Cook for for 2 minutes.

Add the honey, mustard and cream.

Cook for a furhter 5 minutes at a medium heat setting

Toss in the linguini.

(Serves 2)
